Reinventing Education for a World That Will Not Wait
In a VUCA world reshaped by AI, post-pandemic disruption, and a global skills crisis, California University MST exists to make international-quality professional education accessible to every ambitious learner — regardless of geography, background, or income.
Education in a VUCA, AI-Driven, Post-COVID World
The forces reshaping work and careers have never moved faster. California University MST was built precisely for this moment — and for the learners this moment is demanding the most from.
Mission, Vision & Goal
Inspired by the world’s great institutions and grounded in the realities of learners across 40 countries, our mission is both a commitment and a call to action.
To Reinvent Education — and Make Excellence Reachable for All
California University MST is committed to breaking down the barriers that have long separated ambitious professionals from the quality of education they deserve. We deliver flexible, career-relevant, internationally oriented professional learning — combining rigorous curriculum with genuine accessibility. We do not believe that geography, income, or circumstance should determine who gets to grow. Our mission is to ensure that a learner in Nairobi, Karachi, Manila, or São Paulo has access to the same quality of professional education as one in New York or London — and the scholarship support to make it real.
A World Where International-Quality Education Knows No Borders
We envision a global community of empowered professionals — equipped to lead through disruption, navigate AI-driven transformation, and contribute meaningfully to organisations and societies in every corner of the world. California University MST aspires to be the most trusted name in accessible, professional online education for the emerging world — the institution that proved that quality and affordability are not in conflict, and that the next generation of leaders can come from anywhere.
Our Goal Statement
Our goal is to provide a world-class professional education experience that is affordable, accessible, and designed for the realities of the modern world. We are committed to delivering programs that are rigorous, relevant, and responsive — built around the skills that employers need today and the capabilities that careers will demand tomorrow. We strive to attract faculty who bring real-world insight to every module, to support learners through scholarship assistance that removes the financial barrier, and to continuously evolve our curriculum to reflect the latest developments in business, technology, leadership, data, and artificial intelligence. Ultimately, we exist to empower every learner to realise their full professional potential — and to become a confident, capable leader in their organisation, their community, and their field.
The Principles That Drive Us
Modelled on the best traditions of the world’s great institutions — the commitment to knowledge, to service, and to human potential — but built for the learner the traditional system has left behind.
What We Stand For
Our values are not aspirational decorations — they are operational commitments that shape every program, every interaction, and every decision we make.
Scholarships: Education Equity in Practice
Our mission is not complete without action. The CalUni MST Scholarship Programme is our most concrete expression of the belief that international-quality education must be reachable for all.
Up to 80% Fee Assistance — Across 11 Scholarship Categories
We offer one of the broadest scholarship eligibility frameworks in professional online education. Whether you are a learner from a least-developed country, a first-generation professional, a community servant, an innovator, or simply someone who needs financial support to take the next step — there is a scholarship category designed with your circumstances in mind. The exact scholarship is determined by our admissions committee after reviewing your application, and may cover between 20% and 80% of the program fee.

“The world does not need more gatekeepers of knowledge. It needs institutions with the courage to open the gates — and the conviction to make sure everyone can walk through.”
